Notre Dame Prep is a perfect 4-0 against Bullard-Havens since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Lancers will take on the Tigers at 11:00 a.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Notre Dame Prep and four for Bullard-Havens dating back to last season.

On Wednesday, Notre Dame Prep didn't have quite enough to beat O'Brien RVT and fell 10-8.

Justin Ramos and Robbie Van Scoy did some serious damage despite the final result: Ramos scored two runs and stole five bases while going 2-for-3, while Van Scoy scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. Van Scoy also hit a double, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Jonathan Lanche, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Bullard-Havens duked it out with Kolbe-Cathedral on Tuesday. The Tigers came up short against the Cougars, falling 10-2.

Notre Dame Prep's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Bullard-Havens, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Everything went Notre Dame Prep's way against Bullard-Havens when the teams last played back in May of 2024, as Notre Dame Prep made off with a 15-2 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lancers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
