Basketball Recap: Stockton Takes a Loss

After flying high against Ashton-Franklin Center last Monday, Stockton came back down to earth. The Stockton Blackhawks took a 59-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of the River Ridge Wildcats. The Blackhawks haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Stockton's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for River Ridge, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

After both having extra time off, Stockton and Pearl City will dust off their jerseys to challenge one another at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for River Ridge, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Ashton-Franklin Center at 12:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
