Volleyball Recap: Seven Straight Home Wins for Linn

There's no place like home for Linn, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They blew past the Owensville Dutchmen 3-0 on Tuesday. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Wildcats yet this season.

Linn was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-18, 25-14.

Kylie Goans paced Linn's offense, picking up 11 kills. Goans got some help from Nicole Grellner and her 15 assists.

Despite the loss, Owensville still got an impressive performance from Clara Julius, who had 21 digs.

Linn's victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-3-1.

Coming up, Linn will face off against Fatima at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Owensville, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Washington on the 3rd.
