Georgetown-Ridge Farm has struggled against Iroquois West recently, as their game on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Georgetown-Ridge Farm's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ajhon Watson, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds. Watson continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played. J.J. Hall was another key contributor, scoring six points along with seven rebounds and three blocks.
Georgetown-Ridge Farm bumped their record down to 4-13 with that loss, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Iroquois West, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9.
Georgetown-Ridge Farm will be playing at home against Salt Fork at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Iroquois West won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Paxton-Buckley-Loda at 7:00 p.m. on January 3rd.
