Basketball Recap: Bath Comes Up Short

Bath lost against Ottoville back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bath Wildcats had to suffer through a 58-18 loss at the hands of the Ottoville Big Green. The matchup marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Bath's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-7. As for Ottoville, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 12-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bath will take on Kenton at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Kenton will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Bath surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ottoville, they will square off against Continental at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Ottoville's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Continental has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
