Volleyball Game Preview: Hinsdale Central Red Devils vs. Fenwick Friars + How To Watch

Hinsdale Central has gone a perfect 5-0 against Fenwick recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Red Devils will be playing in front of their home fans against the Friars at 6:00 p.m. Fenwick took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Hinsdale Central, who comes in off a win.

Hinsdale Central played in-conference for the first time on Tuesday and got just the result they were looking for. They came out on top against York by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Red Devils.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-16.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Fenwick's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell 2-0 to Saint Ignatius College Prep.

While Fenwick was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-17.

Hinsdale Central will have to contain SOPHIA LEONARDI as she made an impact in Fenwick's last game. She had eight digs and three assists.

Hinsdale Central's victory bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Fenwick, their loss dropped their record down to 17-8.

Hinsdale Central was able to grind out a solid win over Fenwick when the teams last played back in October of 2024, winning 2-0. Will the Red Devils repeat their success, or do the Friars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
