McComb is a perfect 10-0 against South Pike since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Tigers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 4:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for McComb and 11 for South Pike.

It was a proper cat-fight when McComb duked it out with Columbia last Friday. The Tigers lost 17-2 to the Wildcats.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for South Pike's offense. They came up short against Columbia on Friday, falling 21-0.

McComb's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for South Pike, their loss dropped their record down to 0-11.

Everything went McComb's way against South Pike in their previous matchup back in April of 2023, as McComb made off with a 14-3 win. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
