Basketball Recap: Destiny Takes a Loss

Destiny was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 74-40 loss at the hands of the Two Rivers Purple Raiders. Destiny was not able to make up for their loss to Two Rivers from their previous meeting back in December of 2023.

Destiny now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Two Rivers, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Destiny will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Stockbridge at 5:30 p.m. on February 14, 2025. As for Two Rivers, they will square off against Sturgeon Bay at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
