Basketball Recap: South Bend Career Academy falls short of North Judson-San Pierre in the playoffs

Basketball Recap: South Bend Career Academy Trailblazers vs. North Judson-San Pierre Bluejays
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the South Bend Career Academy Trailblazers can now relate to. They took a serious blow against the Bluejays on Friday, falling 70-6. South Bend Career Academy just can't catch a break and has now endured 11 losses in a row.
North Judson-San Pierre found their leader in underclassman Grace Craig, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. It was the first time this season that Craig pulled down eight or more rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyleigh Lehiy, who scored eight points along with six steals and five rebounds.
South Bend Career Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for North Judson-San Pierre, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-10.
South Bend Career Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. North Judson-San Pierre won't have much time to rest: their next game is against the Lancers at 6:00 p.m. on February 3rd. LaVille is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games.
