Volleyball Recap: Berkeley Prep Gets the Win

Berkeley Prep won the last time they faced St. Francis and things went their way on Friday too. The Buccaneers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Spartans. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Buccaneers.

While Berkeley Prep won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-19.

The win got Berkeley Prep back to even at 7-7. As for St. Francis, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-6.

Coincidentally, Berkeley Prep and St. Francis will both be playing Mercy the next time they take the court. The Buccaneers will head out to face the Marlins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Spartans will play them later in the day, at 8:00 p.m.
