West Craven managed to keep up with Havelock until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Eagles lost 6-0 to the Rams. West Craven haven't had much luck with Havelock recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

West Craven's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Havelock, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Craven will host South Lenoir at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Havelock, they will challenge East Carteret at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
