Basketball Game Preview: Bridgeport Bulldogs vs. Ogallala Indians

Bridgeport has won 12 straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Ogallala has won 12 straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Bridgeport Bulldogs will welcome the Ogallala Indians at 7:00 p.m. Bridgeport is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.8 points per game this season.

Bridgeport's tournament run continued when they took on Ogallala on Tuesday. Bridgeport was dealt a 63-36 loss at the hands of Ogallala. The defeat continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Indians: they've now lost four in a row.

Despite the loss, Bridgeport saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Hayes Watts went 5 for 12 on his way to 15 points and three steals. What's more, Watts also racked up four assists, the most he's had since back in January of 2024. Landon Dean was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Bridgeport's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Ogallala, their victory bumped their record up to 9-0.
