Basketball Recap: Scotland Fighting Scots vs. Pinecrest Patriots
Scotland lost against Pinecrest back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Scotland Fighting Scots took a hard 65-46 fall against the Pinecrest Patriots. While losing is never fun, the Fighting Scots can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 529th, while the Patriots are ranked 172nd).
Despite the loss, Scotland still got an impressive performance from Dajuan Gibson, who posted 19 points and five rebounds.
