Volleyball Recap: Addie Hite Key Part of Team Effort in Yellow Jackets Win

Calhoun picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They skirted past the White County Warriors 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Yellow Jackets.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Calhoun to victory, but perhaps none more so than Addie Hite, who had four digs and two aces. That's the most digs Hite has posted since back in September of 2024. Jersey Strickland also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

They weren't the only good server: Calhoun was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Calhoun's record is now 7-2. As for White County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Calhoun has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Oconee County on the 16th. As for White County, they will take on Pickens at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Warriors' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
