Navasota piles up the points against Sweeny

Recap: Navasota Rattlers vs. Sweeny Bulldogs

The Navasota Rattlers had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They took their contest on the road on Monday with ease, bagging a 64-32 victory over Sweeny. Navasota has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17 games by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Sweeny still got an impressive performance from Shania Woodard, who scored six points along with two steals.

Navasota is on a roll lately: they've won 22 of their last 23 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 31-3 record this season. As for Sweeny, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 20-13.

Navasota's road trip will continue as they head out to face Wimberley at 6:00 p.m. on February 15th. Wimberley will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Navasota surely won't give up without a fight. Sweeny does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
