Marion/Tigerton came tearing into Friday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.8 points), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Wild Rose Wildcats, posting a 51-16 victory. Considering the Mustangs have won four games by more than 25 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Marion/Tigerton's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Wild Rose, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.
