Baseball Recap: Bonny Eagle Triumphs

After losing to Marshwood the last time they met, Bonny Eagle decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Scots came out on top against the Hawks by a score of 4-1 on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Scots.

The team relied heavily on Gavin Saucier, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and three RBI. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Dakota Winkler was another key player, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two runs.

Bonny Eagle's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Marshwood, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
