Basketball Recap: Tri-Valley Triumphs

Tri-Valley won the last time they faced Jimmy Huntington and things went their way on Thursday too. The Warriors walked away with a 60-51 win over the Hustlers.

Among those leading the charge was Henry Miner, who dropped a double-double with 26 points and 11 boards. That's the most rebounds he has posted since back in February of 2025. Another player making a difference was Isaiah Mayo, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and ten boards.

Tri-Valley was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their assist total in three consecutive contests.

Tri-Valley's record is now 7-3. As for Jimmy Huntington, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Tri-Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 72-61 defeat against Walter Northway on the 30th. As for Jimmy Huntington, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Susitna Valley on the 12th.
