Soccer Recap: Design Tech Takes a Loss

Design Tech lost against The Nueva School back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Design Tech Dragons fell just short of The Nueva School Mavericks by a score of 2-1. Emerson Palacios Diaz was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on his (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

Design Tech's goal came courtesy of Logan Crusick, which was the first he's scored this season.

Design Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for The Nueva School, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Design Tech will host Summit Shasta at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Nueva School has already played their next game (against KIPP Esperanza), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
