Soccer Recap: Grapevine Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Grapevine lost against Midlothian back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Grapevine Mustangs lost 4-1 to the Midlothian Panthers.

Grapevine's goal came courtesy of Tyler Thompson, who's now up to 12 this season.

Grapevine's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-10-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those four contests. As for Midlothian, they pushed their record up to 14-4-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Grapevine will challenge Saginaw at 7:00 p.m. on March 21st. Midlothian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
