Volleyball Recap: Le Grand Comes Up Short

Le Grand lost against Merced back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bulldogs fell 2-0 to the Bears.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-12.

Le Grand's defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Merced, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-7.

Le Grand wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against El Capitan on the 6th. As for Merced, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against St. Francis on the 5th.
