Softball Recap: St. Laurence Continues Home Dominance on Saturday

St. Laurence came out on top against Resurrection on Saturday thanks in part to the team's impressive nine-run fifth inning. The Vikings blew past the Bandits 11-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 11-5 on April 3rd.

St. Laurence pushed their record up to 12-3 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 9.9 runs. As for Resurrection, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.

Coming up, St. Laurence will head out to square off against Providence Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Resurrection, they will face off against Glenbrook North at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
