Volleyball Recap: Eagle Falls Short Against Ranked Madison

Eagle faced Madison in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Mustangs came up short against the Bobcats, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Mustangs have suffered since September 12th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-6, 25-12.

Eagle's loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 12-8. As for Madison, the win keeps them at an undefeated 18-0.

Eagle didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Timberline on the 27th. As for Madison, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Shelley on the 27th.
