Volleyball Game Preview: Lake Fenton Blue Devils vs. North Branch Broncos

Lake Fenton hasn't had much luck against North Branch recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Blue Devils will take on the Broncos in a tournament on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Lake Fenton comes in on five and North Branch on four.

Lake Fenton's tournament run continued when they took on Montrose on Saturday. The Blue Devils came out on top against the Rams by a score of 2-0.

Meanwhile, North Branch got the win against Imlay City on Saturday by a conclusive 3-0.

Lake Fenton better focus on containing Haley Henry and Kylie Doherty as the pair were huge in North Branch's win. Henry had 18 digs and two aces, while Doherty had 31 assists and six digs. Doherty has been hot for a while, having posted 14 or more assists the last 13 times she's played. Addison Franklin was another key player, getting nine digs and five assists.

Lake Fenton's victory bumped their record up to 23-15. As for North Branch, their win bumped their record up to 32-11.
