Volleyball Recap: Encinal Takes a Loss

Encinal lost against Berkeley back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jets took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yellowjackets. The Jets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-19, 22-25, 25-14.

Encinal's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Berkeley, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season.

Encinal didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Castro Valley on the 25th. As for Berkeley, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Piedmont on the 25th.
