It's playoff time, and Stratton had no trouble coming through when it counted. They secured a 28-24 W over the Cheyenne Wells Tigers on Saturday. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won eight games in a row.

Von Isenbart was the offensive standout of the matchup as he rushed for 43 yards and one TD, and also threw for 149 yards and one touchdown. Those 43 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Drew Fox helped out on the ground, rushing for 106 yards and a rushing touchdown.

Stratton's win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Cheyenne Wells, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-2.

Coming up, Stratton will face off against Idalia at 1:30 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Wolves have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. Cheyenne Wells does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
