Alvarado and Kennedale are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2018, but likely not for long. The Alvarado Indians are taking a road trip to square off against the Kennedale Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Alvarado's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Alvarado managed to keep up with Life Waxahachie until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Alvarado came up short against Life Waxahachie, falling 4-1. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 395th, while the Mustangs are ranked 114th).

Meanwhile, Kennedale didn't have quite enough to beat Ferris on Saturday and fell 4-3.

Kennedale has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. Alvarado now has a losing record of 7-8.
