Basketball Recap: Magnolia Comes Up Short

Magnolia lost against Trinity Christian back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Magnolia Blue Eagles fell 44-37 to the Trinity Christian Warriors. The Blue Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Magnolia's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Trinity Christian, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Magnolia will challenge Wood County Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Trinity Christian has already played their next match (against Gilmer County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
