Basketball Recap: Happy Camp Takes a Loss

Happy Camp was the 47-42 winner over Big Valley when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Happy Camp Indians fell 50-43 to the Big Valley Cardinals on Tuesday.

Big Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Connor Kenobbie, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 21 boards. Another player making a difference was Josue Barba, who went 5 for 6 en route to 10 points in addition to seven rebounds and five steals.

Happy Camp dropped their record down to 8-6 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Big Valley, their record now sits at 7-5.

Happy Camp has already played their next contest (against Dunsmuir), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Big Valley has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Surprise Valley.
