Gettysburg had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the eight-run drubbing they dealt Red Land on Monday. The Warriors put the hurt on the Patriots with a sharp 8-0 win. The victory was just business as usual for the Warriors, who after seven games remain undefeated this season.

Gettysburg pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.7 runs over those games. As for Red Land, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
