Volleyball Recap: Waubonsie Valley Takes a Loss

Waubonsie Valley was the 2-0 winner over Marmion when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors fell just short of the Cadets by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Waubonsie Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 11-14. As for Marmion, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-17 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Waubonsie Valley will welcome Neuqua Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Marmion, they will face off against De La Salle at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cadets are facing the Meteors at the right time seeing as the Meteors are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
