Recap: Crescent Loggers vs. Lake Quinault Elks
The Crescent Loggers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 26 points or more this season. They claimed a resounding 68-18 victory over Lake Quinault on the road. That looming 68-18 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Crescent yet this season.
Leading Crescent to victory were Henry Bourm and Lukas Love. Bourm scored 18 points along with five steals, while Love dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds. That's the first time this season that Bourm scored 15 or more points. Dominiq Sprague was another key contributor, scoring six points along with three steals.
The victory was the sixth in a row for Crescent, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.8 points per game. As for Lake Quinault, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Crescent will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Wishkah Valley at 6:30 p.m. As for Lake Quinault, they will head out on the road to face off against Darrington at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
