Volleyball Recap: Schuylkill Haven Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Schuylkill Haven was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Minersville on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hurricanes fell 3-1 to the Williams Valley Vikings on Thursday. The Hurricanes were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-14, 19-25, 25-21.

Schuylkill Haven's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Williams Valley, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Schuylkill Haven will square off against rival Weatherly at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Williams Valley is set to take on their familiar foe Marian Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
