            Softball Recap: Christian Academy-Louisville Centurions vs. Eastern Eagles        
        
		
        
        
            Christian Academy-Louisville was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight  loss. They came up short against  the Eastern Eagles, falling  14-4. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Centurions of the  17-6 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  back in April of 2024.
 Christian Academy-Louisville saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Sadie Heuke, who  went a perfect 1-for-1 with one  triple and one  RBI. That  RBI marked the first that  Heuke  brought in this season.
Christian Academy-Louisville's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Eastern, they pushed their record up to 10-3 with the  win, which was their sixth straight  at home.
 Coming up, Christian Academy-Louisville will head out on the road to  take on  Portland Christian  at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday. The Centurions' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Eagles have averaged an impressive 9.2  runs per game this season. As for Eastern, they will host Assumption  at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
