Baseball Game Preview: Xavier Hawks vs. Winneconne Wolves

For the second straight game, Xavier will face off against Winneconne. The Hawks will challenge the Wolves at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Xavier is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Winneconne 14-4 on Tuesday.

For Winneconne's part, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Noah Bouras, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Xavier has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.8 runs over those games. As for Winneconne, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-9.
