Football Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Pawhuska

Woodland came into Friday's contest looking for another win against Pawhuska, but Vann Wildcat wouldn't allow it. The Huskies claimed a resounding 44-12 victory over the Cougars for which the team can thank Wildcat, who rushed for 114 yards and one score on only 12 carries. He didn't just play on offense: he also made 21 total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defended one pass.

Despite the loss, Woodland still got an impressive performance from Jaston Terry, who picked up 141 receiving yards, and also punched in one rushing score.

The win keeps Pawhuska at an undefeated 4-0. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 53.0 points this season. As for Woodland, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
