Baseball Recap: Fort Hamilton Falls Short Against Ranked Tottenville

Fort Hamilton faced Tottenville in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Tigers came up short against the Pirates, falling 12-0. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Pirates recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Fort Hamilton saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aiden Porter, who went 1-for-3 with one triple. That hit was Porter's first of the season.

Fort Hamilton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6-1. As for Tottenville, their win was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0.
