Reading gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 39-12 win over the Camden-Frontier RedHawks. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Rangers just coasted through the last quarter.

Reading's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Leah Headley, who posted eight points in addition to six boards and three steals. Those six rebounds gave Headley a new career-high. McKenzey Penza was another key player, putting up eight points along with six boards and three steals.

Reading wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 47-37 win against Colon on the 10th. Camden-Frontier has also already played their next game (against Hillsdale Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
