Tolleson's leading rebounder did his thing again on Friday. Rico Blassingame dropped a double-double on 28 points and 13 rebounds. The effort marked the most boards he has had since back in December of 2023. He is becoming a predictor of Tolleson's success: when he posts at least ten rebounds the team is 8-4 (and 2-9 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Blassingame and Tolleson will take on Valley Vista at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolverines had to take a loss when they last met the Monsoon, but Blassingame had little to do with the loss: he went 6 for 13 en route to 12 points and eight boards.
