Goose Creek and Berkeley are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2020, but likely not for long. The Gators will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against the Stags at 7:00 p.m. Goose Creek's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Goose Creek's offense. They lost 3-0 to Cane Bay on Tuesday. That's two games in a row now that Goose Creek have lost by exactly three goals.

Meanwhile, Berkeley kept a clean sheet against Woodland on Wednesday. They blew past the Wolverines 4-0. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Berkeley considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

Goose Creek's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Berkeley, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-9-1.

Goose Creek was able to grind out a solid victory over Berkeley in their previous meeting back in March, winning 2-0. Do the Gators have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Stags turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
