Nashua South had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They secured a 55-49 W over the Merrimack Tomahawks on Wednesday. Winning may never get old, but the Purple Panthers sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Nashua South's win bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Merrimack, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-15 record this season.

Nashua South will challenge Exeter on Saturday. Nashua South knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 20 games -- so hopefully Exeter likes a good challenge. Merrimack does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
