Southeastern Local is headed into Friday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Saturday. They lost to Emmanuel Christian Academy on the road by a 49-35 margin. The match marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Greeneview can finally bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Tuesday. They secured a 43-39 W over West Jefferson.

Southeastern Local now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Greeneview, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.
