Football Game Preview: Carl Junction Bulldogs vs. Seneca Indians

The Carl Junction Bulldogs will head out to face off against the Seneca Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

On Friday, Carl Junction got the win against Hillcrest by a conclusive 49-26. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri football rankings (they are ranked 72nd, while the Hornets are ranked 245th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Seneca strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Aurora 57-7. That looming 57-7 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Indians yet this season.

Carl Junction's record is now 4-1. As for Seneca, their record now sits at 5-0.

Carl Junction took a serious blow against Seneca when the teams last played back in October of 2024, falling 56-7. Can the Bulldogs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
