Volleyball Recap: Sanger Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Sanger lost against Celina back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Indians lost 3-0 to the Bobcats. The shutout was out of character for the Indians seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in August.

While Sanger ultimately came up short, they really made Celina work, particularly in the second set. The final score came out to 25-20, 34-32, 25-20.

Sanger's defeat dropped their record down to 19-13. As for Celina, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-22 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Sanger is set to take on their familiar foe Gainesville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Celina will face off against rival Richland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
