Marie Philip had won three straight games and Xavier DeLeon did his part to make it four on Saturday. The Marie Philip Galloping Ghosts came out on top against the Kansas School for the Deaf Jackrabbits by a score of 40-32 thanks in part to DeLeon, who dropped a double-double on 28 points and 14 rebounds. He has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last 45 times he's played.

Marie Philip's win bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Kansas School for the Deaf, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-4.

Marie Philip and Oklahoma School for the Deaf will face off at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday without much rest having both just played. As for Kansas School for the Deaf, they will head out to face off against Frontier School of Excellence at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
