Basketball Recap: Environmental Charter Wins Going Away Against Animo City of Champions

Environmental Charter's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 59-41 win over the Animo City of Champions Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 72-24 last Thursday.

The victory got Environmental Charter back to even at 9-9. As for Animo City of Champions, their defeat was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-11.

Environmental Charter will be playing at home against Compton Early College at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Compton Early College will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Environmental Charter surely won't give up without a fight. Animo City of Champions has already played their next match (against Ambassador), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
