Soccer Game Preview: Parlier vs. Liberty

For the first time this season, Parlier will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will host the Liberty Hawks at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Parlier's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Parlier took a loss when they played away from home back in December of 2025, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed back in December of 2025. They never let Avenal get on the board and left with a 1-0 win.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Liberty). They were the clear victors by a 5-0 margin over Wonderful College Prep Academy on Friday. The matchup was close at halftime, but Liberty turned on the heat in the second half with four goals.

Their offense was hitting Wonderful College Prep Academy from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.

Liberty picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 3-7-7. As for Parlier, their win bumped their record up to 5-7-2.
