Basketball Recap: Howard Takes a Loss

After flying high against Long Reach last Wednesday, Howard came back down to earth. The Howard Lions took a 44-31 hit to the loss column at the hands of the River Hill Hawks on Friday. The contest marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Howard's loss dropped their record down to 10-5. As for River Hill, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-5.

Looking ahead, Howard will challenge Centennial on Wednesday. As for River Hill, they will take on Wilde Lake on Monday.
