Volleyball Recap: Cedar Cliff Comes Up Short

If Cedar Cliff was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Millersburg last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Colts came up short against the Red Land Patriots on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Colts in their meetings with the Patriots: they've now lost four in a row.

Cedar Cliff's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5-1. As for Red Land, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 10-2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Cedar Cliff will square off against rival Palmyra at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Red Land is set to challenge their familiar foe Northern York at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
