Volleyball Recap: Millennium's Undefeated Season over After Five Games + How To Watch

If Millennium was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Piedmont Classical on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lions fell 3-1 to the Walkertown Wolfpack on Monday. The contest marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 21-25, 25-11, 25-18.

Having lost for the first time this season, Millennium fell to 4-1. As for Walkertown, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

The future could be bright for both Millennium and Walkertown: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. The Lions will look to extend Phoenix Academy's three-game losing streak when they meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Walkertown will try to hand Rockingham County their fifth-straight defeat when the two meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
